Dance holds a central place in Tara’s practice as a medium of self-exploration and liberation. During her training at Durga’s Tiger School for Tantra, Yoga, Shamanism and Arts, she encountered the profound, healing potential of movement. In early 2021, while in Quito, Ecuador, Tara created Moon Dancers — a painting that reflects the quest for freedom and connection through dance. The recurring motif of interwoven, dancing bodies has since accompanied her journey, continuously evolving as a symbol of transformation and unity.
