Tara’s interdisciplinary oeuvre explores the body as sacred vessel, ritual, and portal — weaving tantra, yoga, and shamanic embodiment into visual, performative, and installation practices. Spanning drawing, painting, performance, photography, video, collage, dance and sound, her work transforms personal and collective taboos into sites of healing, empowerment, and intimate revelation.

Central to this practice is the ongoing Womb Rituals series (2022–present), where menstrual blood — approached as a sacred and politicised medium — reclaims feminine agency and transforms shame into bold expression. Informed by a decade of global spiritual immersion through meditation, silence, yoga retreats, and ceremonies, Tara’s art functions as living ritual, inviting viewers into vulnerability, dialogue, and shared embodiment.

Rooted in her Master’s in Interdisciplinary Art Production (Spain, 2022), international academic background (Leiden University, Cum Laude), and years of immersive living in the jungles of South and Central America, this body of work bridges the mystical and material, the individual and communal. Each piece emerges from lived devotion, positioning art as a transformative bridge between inner worlds and collective consciousness.
