Tara’s curiosity to understand both the world and oneself led her to study International Relations at Leiden University (Cum Laude) and spent five years abroad. Enjoying adventurous travel, Tara became fluent in Spanish and discovered meditation, yoga & art.

In 2022, Tara completed a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Art Production in Spain — the birthplace of her menstruation art. Her creative practice flows between drawing, painting, installation, collage, performance, photography, video, dance, singing, and theatre. Tara explores creativity as transformative force, weaving her roles as artist, mentor, and guide into spaces of healing and connection.

Over the past decade, Tara has journeyed abundantly: Silent meditation, Hatha & Kaula Tantra Yoga, Biodanza, Tao Tantric Arts, Massage, Kirtan, Shamanism, Art Education & Postpartum Doula Wisdom. With certifications worldwide and eight years of teaching experience, Tara shares from lived experience — where devotion, movement, and creation become one. Tara now guides ceremonies & workshops in Tara's Temple in Utrecht and supports women as postpartum Doula.
